Coach Lucas now knows your team
Ask the help chat about your own squad: who's injured, how attendance has been, who hasn't checked in, how the last game went. Lucas looks it up and shows the players and games as cards.
Every SquadX update, newest first: what changed, which feature it touched and where to find it in the app.
Ask Coach Lucas about your own squad, get one note from him at the top of a new dashboard, and run fitness tests that open, close and compare. Match reports export cleaner, and invited coaches get four weeks free.
Ask the help chat about your own squad: who's injured, how attendance has been, who hasn't checked in, how the last game went. Lucas looks it up and shows the players and games as cards.
Coach Lucas greets you at the top of the dashboard with one note about your team, a "New in SquadX" strip shows one new feature per visit, and new teams get a two-step "Start here" checklist.
Start a test, enter results by player or by drill, then close it. Compare two to four tests with averages, changes and trend lines, export to Excel, and see each player's results on a new Fitness tab.
"Export Report" now follows the Review tabs in order, each opening with Coach Lucas's read, with a Contents row at the top. More of your answers make it in, and the PDF has no blank pages.
The coach you invite gets the usual two-week trial plus two bonus weeks. "Invite a coach" in Settings opens your invite page with your link and a message ready to send.
Drills with no media say so plainly, players who left the team no longer show as "Unknown" on Analytics, and game imports cope with a date in the time column.
Match Centre takes the half-time score and the goalkeeper's save %, survey send times are rebuilt around one match, players get a ready-to-send invite, new teams start with a setup screen, and inviting a coach now earns you a free month.
Advanced Post-Match now takes the half-time score, Key Stats works out your goalkeeper's save %, and Key Moments is a simple list. Players who did not play are no longer offered as standouts.
The Players mobile app tab now has a message for your team chat with the team code, both store links and how to join. Copy it or share it from your phone, and watch who has joined.
A new card in Settings. The coach you invite gets an extra free week on top of the trial, and when they pay for their first month, you get one month free.
"When surveys are sent" is rebuilt around a timeline of one match, and each setting shows the clock time it gives. New defaults open the pre-match survey 3 hours before throw-off.
Roster, Performance and Calendar now show a new team what to do first, with a greyed example of a real team. On an empty calendar, Coach Lucas offers to draft your first week.
Match briefs now use everything you wrote, from your plan to your debrief notes, and the match report judges the result against your own plan. Briefs also use the real date and match day.
The language menu shows every language, scales from 1 to 10 line up with their dots, and the Refresh prompt for a new version works while a window is open.
Every match now has one page, from scouting to the review, with a brief from Coach Lucas at each stage. Check-ins go out when you want them, the squad can answer team surveys, Lucas answers how-do-I questions, and the whole library speaks your language.
Scouting, pre-match, match day and post-game for every handball match now live on one page, with a review at the end. Coach Lucas prepares a short brief at each stage, and you make the calls.
Decide when match check-ins go out: hours before or after kick-off, how long they stay open, and whether friendlies are skipped. Injured players no longer get check-in reminders.
A new Surveys tab on your team page: ask the squad anything, set a deadline and see who has answered. The rebuilt editor adds answer choices, reordering, scale sizes and required questions.
The Lucas head in the corner of every page now answers "how do I" questions about SquadX, in your language.
Plan with Lucas now has its own button in the Plan Library and the Calendar. Choose the plan length and start date, and review the draft one week at a time.
The dashboard greeting now speaks in your team's numbers: games together, win rate, attendance and effort. Every line opens the page behind it, and roster insights show as a ranked list.
Every handball drill, session, plan and fitness test SquadX ships with is now translated into all 11 languages, and search and filters work in your language. Your own drills stay as you wrote them.
Player notifications clear once the training or match is over, dates show in your language everywhere, and an injury absence at training now creates an injury record.
SquadX, its emails and everything Coach Lucas writes now come in 11 languages. Settings became one hub, and every team got its own page with six tabs.
English and Lithuanian are fully reviewed. Danish, Spanish, German, French, Ukrainian, Norwegian, Swedish, Hungarian and Croatian are live in beta, and feedback from native speakers is welcome.
Everything Coach Lucas writes for you, from dashboard notes to match briefs and plan suggestions, now appears in the language you have picked.
Settings is now one hub for your account, club and teams. Each team has its own page with six tabs, and you can edit the training schedule, age group and season ambition at any time.
Players now get a notification when a coach creates a new match, drill and session cards are easier to scan, and dashboard announcements have a clear button.
Answer one short screen and Coach Lucas lays out a multi-week plan from your own library. A short team setup makes those plans fit your team, and drill, session and plan pages now work on a phone.
Answer one short screen and Coach Lucas lays out a multi-week handball training plan from the sessions and drills in your own library. Swap anything, then drag the sessions onto real dates.
A short setup asks for your team name, training schedule and eight quick questions. It builds the team profile that makes Coach Lucas's plans fit your team, and you only do it once.
Drill, session and plan pages now work properly on a phone.
Sets and reps, rest, tempo and load can now be set for each drill.
A scheduled session can now be adjusted for a single date without changing the original.
A short fix release: upcoming recurring sessions stay editable until they start, and sign-in emails now link to squadx.app.
Recurring sessions no longer lock early. You can adjust an upcoming session right up to its start time, and only sessions that have already started become read-only.
Confirmation and sign-in emails now link to squadx.app instead of a technical address, so they look like SquadX and are less likely to be flagged as spam.
Rosters, drills and fixtures now come straight from a spreadsheet. The calendar gets drag and drop, games catch up with sessions on attendance and evaluation, clubs get their logos, and Android players start getting notifications.
Paste or upload a roster, drill list or fixture list and Coach Lucas maps the columns for you. Messy club exports are cleaned up, and you review everything before it is saved.
Create sessions straight from the calendar, drag events and games around the month view, and the week view now starts from today.
Take attendance and evaluate players in games the same way you do for training sessions.
Creating a team is easier to find, and a new team walks you through adding its roster. Player profiles now make it clear whether you are removing a player from a team or deleting them.
Add your club logo, a crest for each team and your coach profile photo.
The drill library is now organised folder first, with a live count of drills in every category.
Players on Android get push and in-app notifications, and the player app opens instantly thanks to an offline cache.
Absent players on the dashboard link to their profiles, an injury can be saved without a description, and the subscription and billing portal is fixed.
