So we did. It is not finished. That is where you come in.
EVERY GOOD TOOL IS BUILT FOR FOOTBALL.
Handball has a fraction of football's money and almost none of its software. So handball coaches make do. A spreadsheet from 2019. A group chat where the session plan sits somewhere above forty photos. A notebook that only makes sense to the person holding it.
Nobody is coming to fix this. The market is too small to be worth anyone's time.
It is worth ours.
IT STARTED WITH A DRAWER FULL OF PAPER.
Gintaras has coached handball for twenty years. Junior teams with one set of bibs, then the top divisions of Europe, then the Lithuania national team. Everything he knows about running a season lives in his head and in a stack of paper nobody else can read.
One of us is his son. That is how this started. Watching twenty years of work sit in a drawer, and thinking somebody should get it out of there before it is gone.
Not a company first. Just a way to make one coach's work usable by another coach.

WHERE WE ACTUALLY ARE.
Five people. One product. First real season.
Some of it works well. Some of it is rough, and you will find the rough parts faster than we will. Things are missing. Coaches ask us for things every week and we build them, sometimes the same week.
We are not going to tell you this is finished. It is not. We would rather have you here early telling us what is wrong than have you arrive in two years to something we guessed at.
WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR.
Use it for one pre-season. Tell us what breaks, what is missing, what you would never touch.
Write to us directly. Not a support queue. There are five of us and we read everything. Tell us something is wrong on a Tuesday and there is a decent chance it is different by the next one.
Coaches who show up now shape what this becomes. That is not a marketing line. It is just what a team this small is like.
