The coach
GINTARAS
SAVUKYNAS.
He has coached at nearly every level handball has — from junior teams with one set of bibs to the top divisions of Europe. This season he takes charge in Norway's top division; before it, he led HC Motor Zaporizhzhia in Ukraine to the Champions League Top 12 and three straight national titles. He also serves as head coach of the Lithuania National Team, and holds the EHF Master Coach certification.
Two decades, a dozen teams, several countries — and across all of them, the same quiet conviction about how coaching actually works. That conviction is what SquadX is made of.

Why it exists
THE ELITE HAD A STACK.
EVERYONE ELSE
HAD EXCEL.
Across every club and country, the same split. The top clubs had analysts, methodology, software costing five figures a year. The ambitious mid-tier club, the dedicated youth coach, the volunteer who's coached the same kids since U10 — they got spreadsheets, group chats, YouTube, and memory.
The knowledge was never the barrier. Distribution and curation were. That gap is the whole reason SquadX exists.
Our mission
GIVE EVERY HANDBALL COACH AN ELITE COACH'S METHOD.
No good reason a U14 coach in Trondheim should plan with less method than a Bundesliga assistant. So we start where the season is won or lost — pre-season — an EHF Master Coach's plans and drills, ready to run from your phone. For the price of a coffee a week. And then we taught the method to an assistant — Lucas — so it could sit on every bench.
