You hear "AI" and you think one of two things: it is going to do your job for you, or it is going to do your job badly. Neither is how SquadX works. The assistant here takes the busywork off your plate so you spend your time coaching. The method underneath it is not the AI's, and the decisions stay yours.
What the assistant does
Lucas helps you get from a blank page to a working plan, fast. You tell it your first session date, how long the plan runs, your squad, your training days and your focus. It lays out the sessions across those weeks and suggests drills that fit. It does the same for a single session. The point is simple: you are not building everything from nothing, every week.
What it does not do
It did not write the method. The way a season is structured, the periodization, the build and the taper, comes from Gintaras Savukynas, an EHF Master Coach. The assistant applies that framework. It did not invent it.
It does not decide for you. Everything it produces is a draft. You go through it week by week, with the reasoning shown for each choice. Keep what fits, change what does not, move or remove anything. Nothing is saved until you apply it.
It does not know your team the way you do. It cannot see that your left back is carrying a knock, or that last week was flat and this one needs lifting. You can. It gives you a strong starting point. The coaching is yours.
You stay in control
This is the part that matters most. The whole flow is built so you can lean on the assistant without handing anything over. You see what it suggests and why. You change anything you want. The plan becomes real only when you say so. Use it for the heavy lifting, and keep every call that counts.
Your data
The assistant works on your data to help you plan, not to put it anywhere it should not be. Your roster, your ratings and your notes stay in the EU and stay with your coaching staff. For the full picture, see Privacy and your data.
Why we built it this way
A coach who knows their group, working from a proven method, with the busywork taken care of, is hard to beat. That is the whole idea. The method is the foundation. The assistant is leverage. You are the one coaching. The AI is the engine, not the expert.
