Coaching data is sensitive. You are keeping notes on minors, ratings and injuries, so it matters where that sits and who can reach it. Here is the plain version.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored in the EU, in a Scandinavian region. It is not moved anywhere it does not need to be.
Who can see what
Access follows the same roles as everything else in SquadX:
- Coaches see their own team, including the roster, ratings and notes.
- Admins see the teams in their club.
- Players see only their own schedule and profile. They never see other players' ratings, or anything from the planning side.
So a rating you give a player, or a note you write, stays with the coaching staff. It is not visible to the player, or to anyone outside the club.
Getting a copy, or leaving
Your data is yours. If you want a copy of it, or you want your account and its data removed, contact us and we will take care of it.
