A club in SquadX holds your teams and the people who run them. It keeps a whole club in one place, so coaches are not each working in isolation and an admin can see the full picture.
Who does what
There are three roles:
- Admin runs the club. They create teams, invite coaches, and see across every team in the club.
- Coaches work with their team or teams: planning, sessions, players and matches.
- Players belong to a team and use the mobile app to follow their schedule.
Teams
An admin creates teams inside the club. Each team has its own roster, plan, calendar and players. A coach can run a single team or several, and a player can belong to more than one team with a jersey number in each.
Seeing across the club
An admin sees and manages every team from one place, and can filter the calendar to one team at a time. A club running ten teams stays organised without ten separate setups, and nobody has to chase information between coaches.
Club settings
A club has a name and a timezone, so every schedule lands in the right local time. Changes here are visible to everyone in the club.
