The calendar is where your plan turns into actual days. Training sessions, matches and events sit on a real week, so you can see what is coming, catch a clash before it happens, and know what to run on Tuesday without digging through a plan document.
You can view it a week at a time, or across the month.
What lands on the calendar
Three things show up on your days:
- Training sessions, with their focus and start time.
- Matches, so training and games sit in the same view.
- Events, for anything else the week holds.
Sessions reach the calendar in two ways. When you build a plan with Plan with Lucas, it places the sessions across the weeks for you. You can also add a session to any day yourself, either a new one or one from your Session Library.
It catches what you would miss
The calendar is built to flag problems while you can still fix them:
- Clashes. If two things land on the same slot, it tells you, instead of letting you find out at the hall.
- Bank holidays. Public holidays are marked, so you do not plan a hard session on a day half the squad is away.
Players see their schedule
You are not the only one looking at the calendar. On their phone, your players see the training schedule and RSVP to each session, so you know who is coming before you plan the drills. The schedule they see is the one you set here.
Clubs with more than one team
If you run several teams, you can filter the calendar to one team at a time, so a busy club stays readable and each coach sees their own week.
