Gintaras Savukynas has coached at every level of handball — from Lithuanian youth clubs to the EHF Champions League. As head coach of HC Motor Zaporizhzhia in Ukraine, he reached the Champions League Top 12 and won three consecutive national titles. With Riihimäen Cocks in Finland, he led the team to three consecutive national trebles, two Champions League campaigns, and was twice named Finland's Best Coach. He currently serves as head coach of the Lithuanian National Team — a role he has held across two separate terms since 2009.
